What data is processed

Browsing data. As with any website, the hosting service automatically records some technical data about visits (IP address, browser type, date and time of the request, page visited). This data is used only to keep the site working and secure, and is not used to identify visitors.

Data you send voluntarily. If you write to me by email, I process your address and the information you send only to reply and, if you wish, to prepare a quote or carry out the work requested.

Why and on what basis

Browsing data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure. The data you send me is processed to answer your requests and for the pre-contractual and contractual activities that follow.

External providers

The site is hosted by [Cloudflare, Inc.], which processes browsing data on my behalf. Some providers may also process data outside the European Union; in these cases the transfer takes place with the safeguards required by EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

Videos are hosted on YouTube (Google) and are loaded only when you choose to play them, in privacy-enhanced mode. From that momentGoogle's privacy policy applies. The link to Instagram is a plain link: no Instagram content is loaded on the site.

For how long

Browsing data is kept for the time set by the hosting provider for technical and security purposes. Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, if I am hired, to meet legal obligations.

Your rights

At any time you can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, object to it or receive it in a readable format (articles 15-22 of the GDPR), by writing to the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

Cookies

This site does not use profiling, marketing or analytics cookies. The only information saved in your browser is your choice of theme (light, sepia or dark) and language, which is used only to remember your preferences and is not sent to anyone. You can delete it at any time from your browser settings.

If you play a video, YouTube may save information on your device according to its own rules. Until you play a video, no YouTube content is loaded.
